Transactions ship in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 days for the orders to be processed. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be sent a shipping confirmation by email.
Shipping costs include tracking information for all orders shipped within the US.
Orders ship carbon neutrally via UPS unless otherwise stated.
Please let us know if you would like to add insurance, delivery confirmation, etc to your shipping. Please send a note before you order if you would like to expedite shipping.

Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days to return for a full-refund, minus the cost of shipping. (Please note that all pieces are unique as they are made hand made and may vary slightly from product to product.)
