This is a late post today! Just saw this - The Huffington Post shared this video on Twitter, and I am so utterly happy they did. It is great to see the amazing things people do! I love Justin Vrany's passion, and hope many other restaurants will try to follow suit. The restaurant industry is a very wasteful one: the restaurant itself, and the individual customer. Over ordering, superfluous bread & butter offerings, unconsumed water glasses, etc. - all lead to unnecessary GARBAGE. I've always loved the old adage "It's not about having what you want, but wanting what you have." ...... I think I've heard it in a song somewhere too.
Enjoy the sustainable life, not the excessive life.
