A plant-based mayo! Hey yo!

The other day I was watching Bizarre Foods America, and Andrew Zimmern was in SF!  He visited company called Hampton Creek Foods.  Their featured food, a plant-based mayo!  I am not usually a mayo eater....not even on sandwiches.  Usually I use it to dip my artichoke in, deviled eggs, aaaaand that's pretty much it.  (Guess you can see why I don't eat it often.)  Great for vegans, and it basically tastes the same as regular mayo.  For dinner, my husband and I made an egg salad sandwich with a cumin vinaigrette coleslaw.  This mayo can't be beat!  We were able to purchase at our local Whole Foods.  So, get on it and try some!   IMG_5180  IMG_5182
